PEAKS
PEAKS - positional footprinting web server
Evolutionary Genomics Group - Research Unit on Biomedical Informatics - Barcelona Biomedical Research Park
Use this form to submit a DNA sequence dataset to positional footprinting analysis. Positional footprinting procedure allows to identify significant motif positional biases in DNA sequences. The preferential location of a motif with respect to a reference element, such as the transcription start site, can be due to functional constraints. A help window is available clicking on each parameter name. Results are returned by email. Be aware, this may take from a few minutes to a few hours.
